We are using our own focal rights. The fine pomace of our white and red Burgundy and our Gewürztraminer are processed into velvety brands. The best will be stored for up to 10 years in oak barrels. With the same care we devote ourselves to wild cherries, plums, prunes and Williams pears from our own fields. These fruit distillates stored years before their sale. From our walnut grove comes the cold pressed virgin walnut oil, its fine spicy aroma is a special delicacy.
